ABOUT the Speakers
Christian Both is a German qualified lawyer. He has more than 20 years of legal work experience, working in Germany, UAE, Southeast Asia and Saudi Arabia (since 2009). Christian specializes in corporate and commercial law, including private and public M&As, JVs, equity investments, general corporate advisory and commercial contracts. He advises German, international and Saudi private and public clients.
Alex Sarac is a German qualified lawyer and solicitor of England and Wales. He has more than 20 years of legal work experience, across Europe, Africa, UAE and Saudi Arabia. Alex regularly advises sovereigns, utilities, financial institutions, industry, regional and international development banks, specialised funds, sponsors and project developers on transactional, corporate and regulatory matters.
