Die saudi-arabische Gesetzgebung hat allgemeine und spezifische Pflichten und Verpflichtungen festgelegt, die Manager und Direktoren kennen sollten, um Verstöße zu vermeiden. Diese Pflichten und Verbindlichkeiten können zivilrechtlicher oder strafrechtlicher Natur sein. Unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener Strafen für den Fall, dass Manager und Direktoren gegen geltende Gesetze oder Vertragsverletzungen verstoßen, wird das Webinar einen Überblick über die Aufgaben und Pflichten von Managern sowie die möglichen Strafen gemäß den aktuellen Gesetzen und -Vorschriften in Saudi-Arabien geben.
