POSITION DETAILS

Job Purpose

Supporting with the sales of new industrial equipment and all related technical services.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the process of sales orders, ensuring accuracy in order details, billing and delivery instructions.
• Coordinating with logistics and shipping teams to track and ensure timely deliveries.
• Responding to customer administrative inquiries and helping to resolve any issues related to sales transactions.
• Inputting and maintaining data related to sales and service activities. Tracking sales performance and assisting in creating weekly and monthly reports on sales targets and achievements.
• Optimizing and coordinating travels for the Sales and Service team. Managing service technicians plannings and expenses.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, calls, and appointments. Editing and following up meeting minutes.
• Handling general administrative duties and Sales related enquiries by phone and emails.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably experience in the technical or industrial environment.
• University degree in economic and administrative science, marketing or similar; alternatively Vocational Training in administration, sales or similar.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong customer-oriented and service mentality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
