As the largest economy in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia offers significant opportunities for international food exporters. With a population of over 34 million, rising disposable incomes, and an economic diversification under Vision 2030, the Kingdom represents an increasingly attractive and strategically important market.
Due to the geographical conditions of Saudi-Arabien, food imports play a significant role. The market offers numerous opportunities, particularly in the segments of dietary foods and organic products.

The Alhokair Group, founded in 1975 under the leadership of Sheikh Abdulmohsin Alhokair, is now active in the entertainment, retail, and hospitality sectors.
The journey continues to Jeddah, where visits to Danube – a premium supermarket – as well as to BinDawood Holding are planned. BinDawood Holding is one of the largest retail operators in Saudi Arabia.
Furthermore, the trip offers the opportunity to visit the Ministry of Investment as well as the Jeddah Chamber, where roundtables and B2B meetings will be organized.
