The DIRECTOR OF MANUFACTURING & OPERATIONS will be the operational leader responsible for translating corporate strategic goals into efficient, high-quality, and cost-controlled execution across all facilities and projects. We are seeking a results-driven leader with hands-on experience in manufacturing and assembly environments, preferably within German or German-standard facilities, to bring world-class discipline, precision, and process optimization to the organization’s operations.

POSITION DETAILS
Job Purpose
Supporting with the sales of new industrial equipment and all related technical services.
Responsibilities:
- Handling the process of sales orders, ensuring accuracy in order details, billing and delivery instructions.
- Coordinating with logistics and shipping teams to track and ensure timely deliveries.
- Responding to customer administrative inquiries and helping to resolve any issues related to sales transactions.
- Inputting and maintaining data related to sales and service activities. Tracking sales performance and assisting in creating weekly and monthly reports on sales targets and achievements.
- Optimizing and coordinating travels for the Sales and Service team. Managing service technicians plannings and expenses.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, calls, and appointments. Editing and following up meeting minutes.
- Handling general administrative duties and Sales related enquiries by phone and emails.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably experience in the technical or industrial environment.
- University degree in economic and administrative science, marketing or similar; alternatively Vocational Training in administration, sales or similar.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong customer-oriented and service mentality.
- Ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
