Director Manufacturing & Operations

The area of responsibility
Direct Reports: Manufacturing & Assembly, Automation & Control Panels, Site Delivery & Commissioning, Shared Services (QA/QC, HSE, Supply Chain, Documentation, HR/Admin), and operational Director of Manufacturing & assembly.
The DIRECTOR OF MANUFACTURING & OPERATIONS will be the operational leader responsible for translating corporate strategic goals into efficient, high-quality, and cost-controlled execution across all facilities and projects.
We are seeking a results-driven leader with hands-on experience in manufacturing and assembly environments, preferably within German or German-standard facilities, to bring world-class discipline, precision, and process optimization to the organization’s operations.

Advisor at GIZ Riyadh
- Min. qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, political/social sciences, climate or sustainability studies, energy economics, or comparable academic qualifications
- Experience: Minimum five years of working experience preferably in Renewable Energy, climate or environment related fields.
- Organization: GIZ Company, Project: H2-diplo - Decarbonization Diplomacy (H2-diplo)
- Place: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, GIZ Company
- Salary: Local contract, According to GIZ salary scale for Band 4
