The German-Saudi Arabian Liaison Office for Economic Affairs are the official representative of some of the most renowned German trade fair companies. Information for visitors from abroad
Invitation Letters for Trade Fair Visitors
Please initiate an invitation letter for visa application with our team at German-Saudi Arabian Liaison Office for Economic Affairs in Riyadh as follows.
Please fill out the following form. Return the completed document including a copy of your passport, a copy of your trade fair entry ticket, CR Certificate, the ZAKAT Certificate and the proof of payment.
Administration fee per letter: 100 SAR (incl. 15% VAT)
Payments can be settled per bank transfer, please indicate the company name in your payment.
Applications for Schengen visa to Germany
Submit your application with the new service provider TLS Contact as of Oct 1st, 2022 (formerly: VFS Global).
Application centers will be at your service in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar. For more information concerning locations, opening hours and the booking of appointments, please see the webpage of TLS Contact.
In the beginning appointments will be available in limited numbers. We kindly ask for your understanding. If you are planning a trip to Germany in October or November, please book your visa appointment well in advance.
All applicants who lodge their applications with VFS Global until the end of September will receive their passports back through VFS Global. From October onwards, visa applications for Germany can only be lodged through TLS Contact.
