Invitation Letters for Trade Fair Visitors

Please initiate an invitation letter for visa application with our team at German-Saudi Arabian Liaison Office for Economic Affairs in Riyadh as follows.

Please fill out the following form. and provide the following documents:

Copy of passport
Trade fair entry ticket
Commercial Registration (CR) Certificate
VAT Registration Certificate
Proof of payment

Please note that an administration fee of 100 SAR (including 15% VAT) will be charged per letter. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid via bank transfer to the account below.

For international transfers, any shortfall resulting from bank charges or currency differences is the responsibility of the sender. The full invoiced amount must be received.

The confirmation letter will only be issued once we have received confirmation from our Finance Team that the complete payment has been successfully received.”

Applications for Schengen visa to Germany

Submit your application with the new service provider TLS Contact as of Oct 1^st, 2022 (formerly: VFS Global).

Application centers will be at your service in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar. For more information concerning locations, opening hours and the booking of appointments, please see the webpage of TLS Contact.

In the beginning appointments will be available in limited numbers. We kindly ask for your understanding. If you are planning a trip to Germany in October or November, please book your visa appointment well in advance.

All applicants who lodge their applications with VFS Global until the end of September will receive their passports back through VFS Global. From October onwards, visa applications for Germany can only be lodged through TLS Contact.
