Innovation Showcase: Water Management Saudi Arabia

Over four days in Riyadh, the German delegation gained valuable insights into Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving water sector, exploring market dynamics, project development opportunities, local manufacturing capabilities, and potential models for cooperation with Saudi partners.

The programme featured a comprehensive market briefing on the Kingdom’s water sector delivered by our Market Entry Consultant, Yasmin Schneider, as well as valuable contributions from the German Embassy Riyadh, Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI) represented by Lucie Kaeppner and Euler Hermes represented by Eva Steinhaus.

A key highlight of the visit was the Innovation Showcase Symposium held at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry, where participating German companies presented their innovative technologies and solutions to a distinguished audience. As part of the symposium, GESALO moderated a high-level panel discussion featuring representatives from Dorsch Global, Juffali and GI Aqua Tech on:
“Unlocking Opportunities in Saudi Arabia’s Water Sector: Sector Trends, Investment Potential, and Innovation Opportunities in the Kingdom.”

The discussion provided valuable perspectives on current market developments, investment opportunities, and the role of innovative technologies in supporting Saudi Arabia’s ambitious water and sustainability goals under Vision 2030.
