The visit of H.E. Dr Robert Habeck, German Federal Minister of Economic Affairs and Energy with a large business delegation to Riyadh in January underpins to great interest of German businesses in the economic opportunities in Saudi Arabia. 

The megaprojects are proceeding, and we see a lot of participation by German companies. The development of the entertainment and tourism sector and how German companies helping to shape the industry is described in this issue.

    As part of the Saudi German Energy Dialogue of the German Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy, the GESALO co-organised a technical workshop on decarbonization pathways for the steel and cement sectors at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals - KFUPM, together with the Center for Sustainable Energy Systems and H2-diplo - Decarbonization Diplomacy.
