GESAlaw Rountable: Special Economic Zones

On October 4, a roundtable discussion was held on the topic of special economic zones in Saudi Arabia.

The GESALO team and Meyer-Reumann & Partners invited to a business roundtable on Special Economic Zones.  Christine Baltzer-Zacharias, senior lawyer at Meyer-Reumann & Partners, provided her expertise and gave an overview and update on current developments.

The session of the GESAlaw roundtable series took place at the GESALO office. Christine Baltzer-Zacharias gave an update on current legal developments of Special Economic Zones to participants from the German-Saudi Business community. During a Q&A session, the audience was discussing different forms of legal entities to do business in the Kingdom.

About Christine Baltzer-Zacharias

Since July 2021 Christine Baltzer-Zacharias is supporting Meyer- Reumann & Partners from Munich and serving as contact in Germany in her position as Senior Lawyer. She advises German and international clients on foreign direct investment and the establishment of effective corporate law structures for regional activities in the Mena Region. She has more than 20 years of experience with local and regional cross-border joint ventures and corporate restructuring.
