This month the GESALO organised a Logistics Webinar, together with leading industry representatives from MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company and Kuehne+Nagel.

The strong participation and the high number of questions clearly highlighted the current relevance of logistics and cargo operations in light of ongoing regional developments.
What we learned from the discussion:
- Operations continue, but are slower, more complex, and more costly
- Routes are being adapted, with Saudi Arabia and Oman remaining key gateways
- Authorities are involved in stabilising the system and monitoring market behavior
- Uncertainty and insurance constraints continue to impact planning
