About Christine Baltzer-Zacharias

Since July 2021 Christine Baltzer-Zacharias is supporting Meyer- Reumann & Partners from Munich and serving as contact in Germany in her position as Senior Lawyer. She advises German and international clients on foreign direct investment and the establishment of effective corporate law structures for regional activities in the Mena Region. She has more than 20 years of experience with local and regional cross-border joint ventures and corporate restructuring. Her practice areas are Commercial and Corporate Law, Commercial Agency Laws, Intellectual Property Law, Private International Law and Conflict of Laws, with a specialization in the Middle East and the Laws of the States of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Her activities also focus on supporting business start-ups in the free trade zones as well as in the national territory.
