Building on the successful energy cooperation between the MENA region and Europe, the Jordanian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and the German Federal Government, represented by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, are pleased to invite you to the MENA Europe Future Energy Dialogue (MEFED) that will take place in Jordan on June 08 and 09, 2022. The conference will be held under the patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein of Jordan.

MEFED aims at deepening the energy cooperation between the MENA region and Europe and is a leading forum for key stakeholders of the energy sector in both regions. Thus, the conference gives highest-level representatives of governments, industry, academia, and civil society the opportunity to share their experiences and ideas on a reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy system. Several distinguished partners support the conference.

MEFED will be held as an exclusive, in-person event and will provide ample opportunities for bilateral Government-to-Government (G2G) and Business-to-Government (B2G) meetings and side events.

• System integration and expansion of renewable energy
• Energy efficiency and demand side management
• Regional linkages for a sustainable energy future
