To help businesses operationalize the new law in a most efficient way, Hundt & Partners will provide a wealth of practical suggestions and hints while at the same time drawing a comparison between the PDPL and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (which has inspired the Saudi legislation to some extent).
