From the 10th to the 12th of December 2024, we participated at the CPHI Middle East 2024, the largest pharmaceutical exhibition in the region. As part of the event, our delegate, Dr. Dalia Samra-Rohte, moderated two panel discussions on market entry and building high performing teams with leaders from different companies in Saudi Arabia.
The first panel, Breaking into the Saudi Market: Lessons Learned from an International Trade Office, gave an insight into market entry in the country and the opportunities and challenges that arise from it. Speakers: Martyn Eeles, Managing Partner at Clarma Capital, Bjoern Bodenstein, Managing Director at Siemens Healthcare and Maged ElShazly, Managing Director Bayer Saudi Limited.
The second panel, Building High-Performing Teams in KSA: Integration, Relocation, Adaptation (CME Accreditation), showed, how to reach and retain domestic and global experts in a new market environment and addressed best practices of relocation and team-building. Speakers: Clarissa Sowemimo-Coker, CEO at Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies Holdings plc, Abdullah Al-Mesned, CEO at Bana Medical Company and Adnan Alam, Senior Manager KSA Immigration at Fragomen Arabia.
These discussions underscored the opportunities and strategies for thriving in the evolving Saudi business landscape.
