The moderated discussion by Dr. Dalia Samra-Rohte, Delegate of German Industry & Commerce for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Yemen illustrated the various sectors Saudi Female Executives are actively participating in transforming the economic developments within the Saudi Vision 2030 in the Kingdom.
A high percentage of female graduates in the STEM subjects as well as a strong dedication from decision makers led already to 37% of female workforce in the country (2023).
All participants were very optimistic that the positive trend will continue.
