The Saudi Arabian judiciary has undergone multiple changes since the launch of the judicial reform in 2008 and at an even faster pace, under the Saudi Vision 2030 program.

While the Kingdom's 'Doing Business' ranking for 'Enforcing contracts' has been trending upwards steadily year by year, more spectacular steps forward were made when the Government enacted the Enforcement Law 2012 and the Arbitration Law 2012, launched MOJ regulated Commercial Courts and Labour Courts, pushed forward the digitization of the judicial process and opened the door for foreign judgements and arbitral awards to be enforced in the Kingdom. Nevertheless, as there is certainly still room for improvement and as successful litigation is often a matter of experience, the practitioners of HUNDT LEGAL CONSULTANCY (in association with Ziad Al-Mogren Law Firm) are proud to share with the audience their views, tips and tricks.
