GESALO and Dussmann are inviting young female management talents to hone their leadership skills at a one-day seminar. Together, participants will explore international business culture, engineering tools in facility management and other topics that play an important role in developing a career in international business.

What makes a CV stand out? What do young executives need to know when applying for executive positions with global companies? What are the special challenges that female managers face in the international business world?

GESALO, the official representation of the German Industry, and Dussmann Ajlan & Brothers LLC, a facility management specialist and member of the German Dussmann Group, are inviting young female management talents to hone their leadership skills at a one-day seminar. The seminar will cover topics that play an important role in developing a career in international business:

• Management skills
• Intercultural competence
• The special challenges facing female managers
• European process management
• A roundtable exchange with Dussmann Group executives

Female Saudi nationals with a B.A. or M.A in engineering or sciences, 2-3 years’ work experience and fluency in English and Arabic are invited to apply.
